1. Where we deliver

We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE. We do not ship internationally. Deliveries to remote or out-of-city areas may take longer or may be subject to restrictions; we will contact you if this affects your order.

2. Delivery fees

3. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched on working days. There is no dispatch on Fridays or UAE public holidays.
Delivery usually takes place on the next working day after dispatch.
Please give a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. If an address is incomplete, the courier will call you to confirm it before delivering, which may delay your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or bad weather.

4. How your sofa arrives

Our sofas and sofa beds arrive vacuum-packed in a compact box, so no assembly is needed. After unpacking, allow 48–72 hours for the foam to fully rebound. If it hasn't fully expanded after 72 hours, our 72-Hour Foam Expansion Guarantee applies (see the Refund & Return Policy).

5. Receiving your order

The courier does not allow packages to be opened at the door. Please check the outside of the box when you receive it.

The courier makes 2 delivery attempts. If both fail, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If we cannot reach you, the order may be returned to us.

6. Order tracking

Tracking details are shared once your order ships, where available.

7. Payment

All orders are paid online at checkout using the payment methods shown. Cash on delivery is not available.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

1. مناطق التوصيل

نوصل إلى جميع إمارات الدولة السبع، ولا نشحن خارج دولة الإمارات. قد يستغرق التوصيل إلى المناطق النائية أو خارج حدود المدن وقتاً أطول أو يخضع لبعض القيود، وسنتواصل معك إذا كان ذلك يؤثر على طلبك.

2. رسوم التوصيل

تظهر الرسوم عند إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع.

3. مواعيد الشحن والتوصيل

تُشحن الطلبات في أيام العمل، ولا يتم الشحن يوم الجمعة أو في العطلات الرسمية.
يتم التوصيل عادةً في يوم العمل التالي للشحن.
يُرجى إدخال عنوان كامل ورقم هاتف متاح؛ وفي حال كان العنوان غير مكتمل سيتصل بك المندوب لتأكيده قبل التوصيل، مما قد يؤخّر الطلب.
مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تطول في أوقات الذروة أو الظروف الجوية الصعبة.

4. كيف تصلك الكنبة

تصل الكنبات والكنبات السرير مغلّفة بالتفريغ الهوائي في صندوق مضغوط ولا تحتاج إلى أي تركيب. بعد فتح العبوة، اترك الإسفنج 48–72 ساعة ليتمدّد بالكامل، وإذا لم يتمدّد بعد 72 ساعة يسري ضمان تمدّد الإسفنج (راجع سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد).

5. استلام الطلب

لا تسمح شركة الشحن بفتح الطرد عند الباب، لذا يُرجى فحص الصندوق من الخارج عند الاستلام.
أبلغنا عن أي ضرر ظاهر أو طرد ناقص في يوم التسليم نفسه مع الصور عبر w00174195@gmail.com أو واتساب +971 58 539 8848.
يقوم المندوب بمحاولتي توصيل، وفي حال فشلهما نتواصل معك لترتيب إعادة التوصيل، وإذا تعذّر التواصل معك قد يُعاد الطلب إلينا.
