Refund policy

Meena Home is operated by MEENA Home FZE LLC, a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority (licence no. 54635). We want you to love your new furniture. This policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work for orders placed on our online store. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

1. Our 72-Hour Foam Expansion Guarantee

Our sofas and sofa beds arrive vacuum-packed. After unpacking, the foam needs 48–72 hours to rebound to its full shape. If, 72 hours after unpacking, the foam has hardened or has not fully expanded, contact us and we will provide either: - a free replacement delivered within the UAE, or - a hassle-free refund.

Replacements and refunds are handled from our local UAE warehouse. Please send your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

  • Visible damage to the box: our courier does not allow packages to be opened at the door. Please check the outside of the box when you receive it, and report any visible damage on the day of delivery, with photos.
  • Wrong, incomplete or defective items found after unpacking: contact us within 48 hours of delivery (foam expansion issues are covered by the 72-hour guarantee above).
  • Manufacturing defects that appear later: contact us with your order number and photos, and we will handle them in line with your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

In all these cases we will repair, replace or refund the item, as required by UAE consumer protection law. Collection is free of charge.

3. Change-of-mind returns (7 days, sealed items only)

Our products are vacuum-compressed at the factory and cannot be re-compressed once opened. For this reason, change-of-mind returns are accepted only if: - you contact us within 7 days of delivery, and - the item is unopened, unused and still in its original sealed packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return pickup fee. This is usually AED 80–100, depending on your location and the item, and we confirm the exact amount before pickup. The original delivery fee is not refunded.

4. Open-box and refurbished items: final sale

  • Items listed as "Open Box" or "Refurbished" are customer returns that we have tested and inspected. Any cosmetic marks are described on the product page.
  • These items are final sale: they cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
  • They remain covered if there is a product quality defect or a seller error, for example if you received the wrong item. A defect includes foam that does not fully expand within 72 hours.
  • In those cases, sections 1 and 2 apply.

5. Normal variations (not considered defects)

  • Dimensions may vary by up to ±3 cm.
  • Colours may look slightly different from what you see on screen, depending on your display and lighting.
  • Creases from vacuum packing are normal. They relax as the foam rebounds; a garment steamer can help.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we approve your claim.
  • Your bank may need extra time to show the refund.
  • Delivery fees are refunded for defective or wrong items, but not for change-of-mind returns.

7. Order cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is treated as a return under this policy.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

يُدار متجر "مينا هوم" من قِبل شركة MEENA Home FZE LLC، وهي مؤسسة منطقة حرة مرخّصة من هيئة المناطق الحرة في عجمان (رخصة رقم 54635). نحرص على أن يحظى أثاثك الجديد بإعجابك، وتوضح هذه السياسة آلية الإرجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد للطلبات المقدّمة عبر متجرنا الإلكتروني. لا يحدّ أي بند في هذه السياسة من حقوقك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات.

1. ضمان تمدّد الإسفنج خلال 72 ساعة

تصل الكنبات والكنبات السرير مغلّفة بالتفريغ الهوائي، ويحتاج الإسفنج بعد فتح العبوة إلى 48–72 ساعة ليستعيد شكله الكامل. إذا تصلّب الإسفنج أو لم يتمدّد بالكامل بعد مرور 72 ساعة من فتح العبوة، تواصل معنا وسنوفّر لك أحد الخيارين: - استبدالاً مجانياً داخل دولة الإمارات، أو - استرداداً للمبلغ دون أي تعقيد.

تتم عمليات الاستبدال والاسترداد من مستودعنا المحلي في الإمارات. يُرجى إرسال رقم الطلب والصور خلال 7 أيام من التسليم.

2. المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة

  • الأضرار الظاهرة على الصندوق: لا تسمح شركة الشحن بفتح الطرد عند الباب، لذا يُرجى فحص الصندوق من الخارج عند الاستلام والإبلاغ عن أي ضرر ظاهر في يوم التسليم نفسه مع إرفاق الصور.
  • المنتج غير الصحيح أو الناقص أو المعيب بعد فتح العبوة: تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من التسليم (أما مشكلات تمدّد الإسفنج فيشملها ضمان الـ72 ساعة أعلاه).
  • عيوب التصنيع التي تظهر لاحقاً: تواصل معنا مع رقم الطلب والصور، وسنتعامل معها وفقاً لحقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك في الإمارات.

في جميع هذه الحالات نقوم بالإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو رد المبلغ وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك في الإمارات، ويكون الاستلام مجانياً.

3. الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي (7 أيام، للمنتجات المغلقة فقط)

منتجاتنا مضغوطة بالتفريغ الهوائي في المصنع ولا يمكن إعادة ضغطها بعد فتحها، لذلك يُقبل الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي فقط إذا: - تواصلت معنا خلال 7 أيام من التسليم، و - كان المنتج غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية المغلقة.

في حالة الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي يتحمّل العميل رسوم استلام المرتجع، وتتراوح عادةً بين 80 و100 درهم حسب الموقع والمنتج، ونؤكّد المبلغ قبل الاستلام. لا تُستردّ رسوم التوصيل الأصلية.

4. المنتجات مفتوحة العبوة والمُجدَّدة: بيع نهائي

  • المنتجات المعروضة بوصف "مفتوحة العبوة" أو "مُجدَّدة" هي مرتجعات عملاء تم فحصها واختبارها، وتُذكر أي ملاحظات شكلية في صفحة المنتج.
  • هذه المنتجات بيع نهائي ولا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها بسبب تغيير الرأي.
  • تبقى مشمولة في حال وجود عيب في جودة المنتج أو خطأ من البائع (مثل استلام منتج غير صحيح)، ويُعدّ عدم تمدّد الإسفنج بالكامل خلال 72 ساعة عيباً في الجودة.
  • في هذه الحالات يسري البندان 1 و2.

5. الاختلافات الطبيعية (لا تُعدّ عيوباً)

  • قد تختلف الأبعاد بمقدار ±3 سم.
  • قد تختلف الألوان قليلاً عمّا يظهر على الشاشة بحسب الإضاءة وإعدادات العرض.
  • التجاعيد الناتجة عن التغليف بالتفريغ أمر طبيعي، وتختفي مع تمدّد الإسفنج، ويمكن الاستعانة بمكواة البخار للملابس.

6. استرداد المبلغ

  • يُعاد المبلغ المعتمد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل من استلام المرتجع وفحصه أو من الموافقة على المطالبة.
  • قد يحتاج البنك إلى وقت إضافي لإظهار المبلغ.
  • تُستردّ رسوم التوصيل في حالة المنتجات المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة، ولا تُستردّ في حالة الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي.

7. إلغاء الطلب

يمكنك إلغاء الطلب مجاناً حتى يتم شحنه، وبعد الشحن يُعامل الطلب كطلب إرجاع وفق هذه السياسة.
