1. About us

This online store, Meena Home, is operated by MEENA Home FZE LLC.
Legal form: a Free Zone Establishment with Limited Liability.
Trade licence: no. 54635, issued by the Ajman Free Zone Authority.
Registered office: AMC – Boulevard-A Building, Premises AMC-BLA-B.C-6010502, Ajman Media City, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

"We", "us" and "our" mean MEENA Home FZE LLC.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and you must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

3. Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Dimensions may vary by ±3 cm, and colours may look slightly different on screen.
Open-box and refurbished items are clearly labelled and are sold as final sale, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
Lifestyle images may include décor that is not included with the product.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Payment is made online at checkout using the payment methods available on our store. Cash on delivery is not offered.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it by email.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery, returns and guarantee

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 72-Hour Foam Expansion Guarantee are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under UAE law. This includes Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means.

8. Use of the website

Do not misuse, disrupt or copy this website without our permission.
All content, images, logos and the "MEENA HOME" brand belong to MEENA Home FZE LLC or its licensors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not affect any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

12. Language

These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

باستخدامك للموقع أو تقديمك لطلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد وسياسة الشحن وسياسة الخصوصية.

2. الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل أو أن تحصل على إذن وليّ الأمر، وأن تقدّم بيانات تواصل وتوصيل صحيحة.

3. المنتجات

نحرص على وصف منتجاتنا وتصويرها بدقة.
قد تختلف الأبعاد بمقدار ±3 سم، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلاً على الشاشة.
المنتجات مفتوحة العبوة والمُجدَّدة موضّحة بشكل صريح وتُباع بيعاً نهائياً وفق سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.
قد تتضمن الصور التوضيحية قطع ديكور غير مرفقة مع المنتج.

4. الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي.
يتم الدفع إلكترونياً عند إتمام الطلب بوسائل الدفع المتاحة في متجرنا، ولا تتوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام.
يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون أن يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكَّدة.
إذا ظهر منتج بسعر خاطئ بشكل واضح نتيجة خطأ، يجوز لنا إلغاء الطلب مع رد المبلغ كاملاً.

5. الطلبات

يُعدّ الطلب مقبولاً عند تأكيده عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
يحق لنا رفض أي طلب أو إلغاؤه، مثل حالات نفاد المخزون أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال، مع رد المبلغ كاملاً.

6. التوصيل والإرجاع والضمان

يخضع التوصيل لسياسة الشحن، ويخضع الإرجاع والاسترداد وضمان تمدّد الإسفنج خلال 72 ساعة لسياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد، وتُعدّ هاتان السياستان جزءاً من هذه الشروط.

7. حقوقك القانونية

لا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من حقوقك بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ولا يستثنيها، بما في ذلك القانون الاتحادي رقم 15 لسنة 2020 بشأن حماية المستهلك، والمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 14 لسنة 2023 بشأن التجارة عبر وسائل التقنية الحديثة.

8. استخدام الموقع

يُمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع أو تعطيله أو نسخ محتواه دون إذن منا.
جميع المحتويات والصور والشعارات والعلامة التجارية "MEENA HOME" مملوكة لشركة MEENA Home FZE LLC أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها.

9. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون الإماراتي، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب على المبلغ المدفوع مقابله، ولا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، دون المساس بأي مسؤولية لا يجوز قانوناً تقييدها.
